Financial Literacy Centers
Overview
- Financial Literacy Centres (FLCs) is a center to provide banking sevices and products related information and financial advice to the rural or unbanked masses.
- It is a campaign by RBI to spread banking and finance related awareness and advice to the public. They provide bank-neutral service, free of cost. Currently we have three FLCs :-
- Uttarakhand Gramin Bank , Regional Office, Haldwani
- Uttarakhand Gramin Bank, Rudrapur
- Uttarakhand Gramin Bank,Tapovan, New Tehri
Features
- Provide financial literacy i.e. RBI guidelines related sevices, Banking Sevices and Products, Latest govt sponsored schemes.
- Organise various camps on various location for financial awareness.
