  • We are providing banking services in tough terrains of Uttarakhand through 624 Business Correspondents. Which are equipped with micro ATMs covering 3175 villages.
  • Corporate BC Model has been implemented in whole Bank Micro ATMs have been provided to all branches.
  • Desktop ATM enabled Financial Literacy Van is actively engaged in providing financial services in various villages and army areas of District Almora during the period of pandemic Covid-19. To boost digital transactions and to increase financial awareness in remote villages, Bank is in process of deploying five more Mobile ATM Van in district Dehradun, New Tehri, Bageshwar, Pauri and Pithoragarh.
  •  Launched new products like SME(ABL), SME Gold Loan, Scheme for Solar Power Projects, Home Loan Top-Up, OTS(AUCA) and improved features and pricing of other advances products during FY 2020-21 based on customer needs.
  • Introduced Doorstep Banking Services for senior citizens of more than 70 years of age and differently abled or infirm persons (having medically certified chronic illness or disability) including those who are visually impaired.
  • Green PIN solution facility provided in our UGBmBanking App.
  • Implementation of the online tools developed in-house
    - Daily Branch Performance Tracker developed in house.
    - Online Inward Mail management system at HO and ROs.
    - Online HR complaint management system in Head Office made live and it will be launched in all ROs in due course.
    - Stationery/Fixed Asset Management System made live in the Bank.
    - Legal Cases (DRT/Suit File, etc.) Tracking Tool made live in the Bank.
    - Daily reports provided by Service provider (C-Edge) are extracted through Oracle based program.
  • Bank has started publishing E-Magazine “Sampreshan” quarterly.
  • Started Employee suggestion scheme.
